Local SEO · Google Business Profile

Be the business people find on the map.

When someone searches "plumber near me" or "patio cover Irving", Google shows a map and three businesses. Those are the businesses people see first. A complete, verified, well-reviewed Business Profile is how you get in that box. I set one up and look after it.

What I set up

The parts Google looks at, done properly.

Your Business Profile

The right category, your real services, hours, photos of your work and, if you work from home, your address hidden with the cities you serve listed instead.

A website link that tells you something

The profile's website link carries a tag, so visits from the map can be told apart from everything else in your numbers.

Pages that match searches

A real page for each service and city, so your website shows up for the same searches as your profile.

Reviews, asked for every job

Customers are asked for a Google review when the job's done, and I draft replies to the ones that come in.

Calls counted

Every call and text from the site, the profile and ads, so you know which one is paying for itself.

Google set up correctly

Analytics and Search Console connected, so there's a real record of how you're found.

What I check first

Common profile problems I fix.

Things that quietly hurt you

  • A website link with no tag, so map visits are lumped in with "direct."
  • The wrong category, or too many.
  • No hours, no services, no recent photos.
  • A home address showing when you work from home.
  • Reviews that never got a reply.

What good looks like

  • One accurate category plus a few that really apply.
  • Real photos added regularly.
  • Every review answered, quickly and in your own voice.
  • A plain monthly report: calls from the map, searches, reviews.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you get me to #1 on Google?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. What I can do is set up everything that's in your control: a complete Business Profile, pages that match what people search, tracked calls so you can see what's working, and a steady flow of real reviews.

I work from home. Will my address show on Google?

It doesn't have to. A service-area business can hide its address and list the cities it serves instead. Google may ask for a short video to verify the business, and I'll walk you through it.

How will I know it's working?

The client portal shows calls and texts by source (Google Ads, Google search, Google Maps, other sites or typed address), where you show up for the searches you care about, and your review count. It's an add-on to the sites I build.

Do you ask for reviews for me?

The reviews tool, RaveJob, asks your customer for a Google review when you mark a job done. Unhappy customers tell you privately first, so you can make it right. Everyone is asked, with no screening and no incentives.

How long until I see a difference?

A new or newly-verified profile can start showing within days of verification. Ranking for competitive searches takes months, and I'll show you real numbers each month so you aren't taking my word for it.
